  • We do not do refunds.
  • All exchanges are subject to availability of the pieces.
  • Exchange of clothings have to be made within 7 days.
  • Please make sure all products are returned exactly how you received them. In perfect condition with tags and cards included.

  • How Do I put in my orders?
Domestic orders can be made via our Website or Shopee. International orders can be made via Instagram DM.


  • What are your payment methods?
Orders made on the website can be paid through automatically cancelled if you forget to confirm your payment 24 hours after you've made the order.

  • What are the sizing details? 

Availability for products are all in size Regular.

Size Petite & Plus are available to pre-order for 7-10 days.

Regular   Bust 90 cm | Waist 72 cm | Hip 96 cm | Height (approx.) 160 cm - 170 cm

  • What are the shipping info?

Domestic shipment: via JNE (2-5 days depending on destination).

International : DHL / Rayspeed Asia (5-15 days)

Prices for International shipping will be calculated in USD (payment via PayPal) and there will be additional charges & taxes. 


  • How much does the shipping cost?

Please refer to JNE.co.id for domestic rates.

International rates are upon request via Instagram DM.

Shipping fees will be charged based on the total weight of the order. If the accumulated weight eceeds 1kg, another kg will be added to the shipping fee.
